I’m Andrea Gause a Conway, SC native. I was the running back for Conway HS football team where I still hold the record for most rushing yards and touchdowns. There I also ran track and field doing the long jump, triple jump, 100 meter and 4x100. I went on to play for University of South Carolina football team under the legendary coach Lou Holtz from 2000-2004 as Defensive Back and Wide Receiver. During my college career I played in 2 outback bowls receiving MVP Offensive Player in 2002.Under Coach Curtis Frye at Carolina I ran indoor track & field doing the 60 meter dash and long jump. After obtaining my Bachelors in 2004 I went on to pursue a professional career at the Washington Redskins Organization as a free agent. Today, outside of running my business I want to pass on my knowledge, skill set and the importance of the fundamentals, technique, and mechanics of speed and agility. This is essential no matter what sport is being played. My goal is to impact as many student-athletes with all I’ve learned through my journey. Spurs up!
